Putting client needs first is deeply rooted in our culture and at the core of everything we do. Strong, detail orientated professional to assist with various industry specific tasks to help ensure the day to day client interaction runs efficiently while always acting as a Fiduciary and putting the clients first. Role is to support the Partners with (but not limited to):

Your roles & responsibilities

  • Prioritize incoming tasks and issues daily
  • Operate with a proactive approach to advisors & clients
  • Complete & process internal and external servicing requests
  • Maintain database programs
  • Respond to client inquiries as needed within 24 hours
  • Guide clients through the rollover/ transfer process
  • Generate and provide various financial reports to advisors
  • Plans for current and prospective clients
  • Assist advisors with pre-appointment preparation
  • Update account values and complete client review summary for upcoming appointments
  • Resolve any issues regarding account transfers
  • Assist client with using the BAM Client Portal and create for new accounts
  • Provide trading and portfolio support as needed
  • Assist advisors with product/strategy recommendations to clients

Your qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to demonstrate persistence to achieve quality
  • Excellent communication – both verbal and written
  • Self-directed initiative
  • Process driven Prior experience working in financial industry
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through
  • Resourceful in problem resolution
  • Phenomenal phone skills and ability to build trust with clients
  • Operate with a proactive approach when dealing with advisor and clients
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Previous experience in processing confidential paperwork
  • Previous client interaction in an office environment
  • Insurance licensing strongly preferred and Series 65 (preferred)
  • Highly organized
  • Willing to work as part of a team
